Wrestling first appeared in the ancient Olympic games as an event during the 18th Olympiad in 708 BC, and comes in many different forms such as Greco – Roman, Submission, Judo and Freestyle (to just name a few).
Wrestling involves different grappling -type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins, and other grappling holds. It is an explosive sport, suited to both men and women, using techniques to off balance your opponent and get them to the ground.
It is a guaranteed workout that will improve not only your strength, but also your speed and power.
