TRX Suspension + Power
TRX stands for Total body Resistance eXercise. it is a style of resistance training that includes bodyweight in which a variety of exercise movements can be performed. This style of training develops core body strength, which is good considering we use our cores in everyday activities. Not only that, having a strong core will prevent injuries. TRX also improves muscular strength, flexibility, balance and stability. The TRX equipment is a highly functional and versatile piece of kit and is perfect for improving overall strength.
Simultaneously, Suspension training not only develops physical strength, tonicity, flexibility and core stability it also, with combination and plyometric exercises, provides a perfect fat burning class.
At Corefit UK we are fully trained in the use of the TRX training equipment and we utilise TRX in our weekly Circuit Training classes as well as in our Personal training programs.
Head Coach Henry Cleminson was one of the first people in the UK to provide TRX training back in 2006. Henry Introduced it to the players and coaching staff at Notts Country F.C and West Bromwich Albion F.C, where it quickly became an integral part of the strength and conditioning programs for the players.
The TRX is a big reason why Corefit UK rose to prominence as it proved to be a guaranteed result to anyone that used it. TRX is a must try class to anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, core stability, power and balance.
