WHAT IS A KINETIC AND RESISTANCE BAND AND WHAT DO THEY DO?

There are many different ways to use kinetic and resistance bands, including:
ABDOMINALS - bicycle, toe touches, knee tucks, standing plank, scissor, knee ups
and wide knee exercises
ARMS - tricep extension, dou/bicep curls, tricep kick back/extensions, overhead extension exercises
BACK - rows, pull ups, pull over, reverse fly, face pull exercises
CHEST - cross punch, cross over, duo/push up, dou/fly, hug exercises
LEG - side lunge, hamstring curl, step up, squat, side raise/standing side raise, wall drill, duo/runners, RDL exercises
SHOULDERS - lateral raise, over head external rotation, shoulder press, external rotation exercises
Our kinetic and resistance band classes are purely resistant-based training, similar to our circuit classes, these sessions are intense and effective to all body and muscle types, incorporating functional fitness training equipment in with the routines including kettle bells, medicine balls and bosu balls.
