Our Combat Circuit classes are high intensity classes built to push you! This is a non-contact class, aimed at improving functional strength and cardiovascular fitness. These classes include different aspects of training to give you a full body workout. Each class includes Muay Thai techniques on the punch bags, weighted exercises, TRX and body weight exercises and resistance bands.

Every class differs slightly from day to day, with varying exercises and a different focus on areas of the body, so you don’t have to worry about circuits becoming repetitive. These classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities to attend, and exercises can be tailored to suit different requirements.
