Circuit training at Corefit UK is not like the typical circuit training you may have done before.
In these classes, each station is performed to time using the High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT method, and most typically the Tabata protocol. Here, fat is the predominant fuel source targeted whilst improving or maintaining lean muscle tissue and achieving the desired toned body, creating a 24-72 hour after-burn effect.

Within these classes a method known as Functional Integrated Training (F.I.T) is used to maximise training results and maximise strength, endurance and power. These classes focus on skill related components of fitness such as technique, agility and speed. Incorperating cardio and sprinting with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT, Tabata) for up to 9x more fat burned and calories lost, with no extreme muscle gain but all the strength.
