F.I.T. Classes are suitable for everyone at all fitness levels, and are held at Bishop Walsh Catholic School Gymnasium (B76 1QT). More classes will soon be available. Please follow the drive to the right of the school. There is a car park behind the school and next to the Gym. For more info contact Henry on the number at the top of the page.
Functional Integrated Training (F.I.T.) is a method of training used by professionals to maximise training results. Functional training mimics what you do in everyday life or a sporting movement. It targets the core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. This leads to greater muscular balance and joint stability, therefore reducing the risk of injury and improving performance.
