Henry uses a variety of techniques and equipment tailored to your needs. Here is an explanation of some of them:
Functional Integrated Training (FIT)
This type of training involves preparing the body for activities performed in daily life or within a specific sporting situation. Many of the exercises target the core muscles of the abdomen and back, which work together to support the spine during everyday activities and exercise. FIT leads to better muscular balance and joint stability, which in turn reduces the risk of injury.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Henry can also use HIIT as a method of training to gain certain results. HIIT is a form of cardio exercise that has been proven to BURN 9 TIMES MORE FAT than regular cardio IN LESS TIME! HIIT improves performance and produces the quickest and most dramatic changes to your body and cardiovascular system.

Knowledge of body composition is a great indicator of progress and how effective a diet or training regime is. There are various methods of gaining this information, however not all of them are accurate. This kit will provide an accurate measure of:
- BODY FAT % - the percentage of your body that is fat
- BODY FAT WEIGHT (KG/LB) - actual weight of fat on your body
- TARGET FAT % - min and max value for your sex and age
- Body Mass Index (B.M.I.)
- Basal Metabolic Rate (B.M.R.) - put very simply, how good your metabolism (the rate you burn calories) is
Diet & exercise affect your metabolism. To see if your diet or exercise program is working, it helps to know your BMR. - Target weight

A superb item of kit that comes in varying levels of difficulty. Again highly functional and in the right hands a secret weapon when concerned with power development and fat loss. Resistance band training is a lot of fun and very popular on the F.I.T.class.
Kettle Bells
A challenging but effective way of working core muscles and improving strength and power.
Med Balls
They have been around for as long as fitness training has. Guaranteed to get results especially regarding core strength and total body power.
