Henry Cleminson is the founder and Head Conditioning Coach and believes that training the core is essential if your goal is to look good, keep injury free and improve performance. Corefit UK provides Muay Thai classes taught by champions, circuit training using the most up to date functional training methods and equipment, and also bespoke personal training sessions for those wishing to hire a professional one to one service. New Classes include the dance sensation known as Zumba and Corefit UK's very own Thai Boxercise which is a blend of functional training exercises and Thai Boxing padwork. This class is ideal for those that want to burn fat, with the enjoyment of hitting pads and not the physical element of Thai Boxing as a sport.
