Circuit Training Classes at Corefit UK Gym in Sutton Coldfield

Circuit Training Classes are run from our gym in Sutton Coldfield Town Centre next to the Wilkinsons in the Sainsbury Centre.

These classes are suitable for everybody and are organised in such a way that both a highly trained athlete and an unfit individual can train to their own ability. Within these classes a method known as Functional Integrated Training (F.I.T) is used to maximise training results.

Circuit training at Corefit UK is unlikely to be like most typical circuit training you may have done before. Within these classes there are a wide range of methods and equipment used, there is also some elements of partner work involved.

All of the stations are performed to time using the HIIT method, most typically the Tabata protocol. This way fat is the predominant fuel source targeted whilst improving or maintaining lean muscle tissue and achieving the desired toned body.

Equipment such as the TRX, which is popular among celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and sportsmen like David Haye are used.

Other functional equipment used to maximise the training benefits are resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls and traditional bodyweight exercises.
